Any OpenMedia user can be connected from a single OpenMedia client application to one or more OpenMedia servers located in different regions. Connect allows users to access and retrieve rundowns, stories and media objects from other systems seamlessly. Automatic sharing of diaries, for example, can significantly enhance inter-system communication.

Granular right structures and permissions ensure maximum control over the access to the database and to functionalities granted to individual users and groups.
